- Your vehicle — registration, make/model and details needed to carry out and price the work.
- Your booking — the service requested, date/time and any notes.
- Basic technical data your browser sends, for security and spam protection.
We do not take or store card/payment details on this website, and we never sell your data.
How we use it, and our legal basis
- To provide and manage your booking (confirmations, reminders, rescheduling) — to perform our contract with you.
- To look up your vehicle against official DVSA MOT history and DVLA records, to show your details and the correct price — our legitimate interest.
- To meet legal and regulatory duties (DVSA MOT requirements, accounting) — legal obligation.
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam/fraud — our legitimate interest.
Who we share it with
Only trusted providers who help us run the business, under contract and only as needed: website hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase), email and text messaging for confirmations/reminders, spam protection (Cloudflare), and DVSA/DVLA for vehicle lookups. We never sell or rent your data for marketing.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies needed for the site and booking to work and to protect against spam. No advertising or cross-site tracking.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal, tax and MOT record-keeping obligations, after which records are securely deleted.

You can ask us to see, correct, delete, or restrict the data we hold about you — contact us using the details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
